“Paste di Mandorla” with hazelnut grains

You’ll find all the taste of Sicilian tradition in our “paste di mandorla” with hazelnut grains which come from an ancient recipe. We grow almonds in our farm in Enna and add to these fruits just egg white and sugar to create our biscuits, a soft deliciousness which is good on any occasion.

They represent an ideal present if you have already had your own snack!
