Lemon biscuits

They are a tribute to the Ligurian lemons: these biscuits are full of all the scents of citrus peels and fresh squeezed lemon juice and characterized by the nice crispness of a shortcrust pastry that is made unique by the typical yolk working.

Try them for breakfast together with a cup of tea, or as a snack during the day. They are also good as a digestive at the end of each meal.
