“Gobeletti” were born in 1862 when they were made in Genoa by pastry chefs for Saint Agatha’s feast.

They are prepared with a thin and crispy crustshort pastry which is filled with jam and is typical of these biscuits.

They are perfect together with coffee, tea or a glass of dessert wine such as “Sciacchetrà”.
