Brios col tuppo

The typical Sicilian “brios col tuppo” are soft and fragrant. You can recognise them for their peculiar shape. They are usually served with granita, ice cream and cream.

They are handmade by our pastry chefs and then packaged in single portions to preserve their freshness. In an intact package, they can be stored for 3 or 4 days. You can also freeze them and warm them up in the microwave before consuming.
