Attilio and Pietro Puglisi are the founders of this story made of sweetness and care. They opened their first pastry shop in Enna in 1955.
It was a family business arisen from their passion for home-made products, a passion which even today, for the second generation leading the company, is the basis of the family philosophy.
In 1986 our family had the opportunity to move to Alassio: in this town our grandparents and our parents turned the historical Bar Europa into their headquarters, a café with an equipped artisanal pastry kitchen. The original Ligurian flavors newly inspired our range of recipes.
