Original flavors are our true specialties which we offer to our customers: they result from the ingredients we select with care, choosing small suppliers who grow and make their products with passion and genuineness.

Hazelnuts

Hazelnuts are not simply hazelnuts: they are the tastiest and finest ones that bring out the particular sweetness and taste of our recipes. They are Igp hazelnuts from Piedmont.

Almonds

Almonds come directly from Enna: their taste is typically Sicilian, it is the taste of its sun and particular soil which can give us such a perfect fruit that is harmonious and delicious.

Basil

Basil from Albenga, the most typical Ligurian flavor, adds to our recipes its ancient story which dates back to the first Mediterranean forms of agriculture, to the Egyptian time when it was considered a holy plant. Used to make pesto, it is now part of the Ligurian tradition.
